Delivery Policy

EID DELIVERIES STATUS!

All items ordered on or before 10th March 2025 will be delivered for Eid '25. Any orders placed after this cut-off date will not be guaranteed to be delivered in time for Eid '25. 

Please note that orders placed after 10th March 2025 will have an extended delivery time of an additional 5-6 working days, as well as the normal delivery time, because of the extended Eid '25 holidays.

UK & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY TIME

UK & Worldwide delivery usually takes approximately 18 to 21 working days as these are all made to order items.

Please note that these are approximate time frames only. Circumstances such as Covid19, customs clearance, natural causes, public holidays and festive holidays can cause delays which are beyond our control.

UK & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY CHARGES

Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders above £95.00* 

All orders above £95.00 will qualify for free standard delivery within the UK. 

UK orders under £95 will have a delivery charge of £4.95.

Free International Delivery on all orders above £295*

1. All International orders above £295 will qualify for free standard delivery.
2. For all worldwide orders under £295, delivery charges will be calculated by our system at checkout automatically as per your shipping address.

GENERAL

If the item is sent back to us as undelivered, and we have sent it to the correct address, then redelivery charges will apply.

 Any local customs charges, import or other duties may be charged once the parcel has reached the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
